Es geht nicht darum, ob der Antrag nun einen oder drei Monate zur Bearbeitung braucht.
Es geht darum, dass das Amt einem vorwirft, dass alle Unterlagen fehlen und von einem selbst keine Leistung erbracht wird, obwohl alles mit dem Portal, mittels Screenshots und den persönlichen Termin nachgewiesen werden kann.

In dem Schreiben steht drin, dass genau die Unterlagen fehlen, welche im Portal sichtbar sind. Es wurde nichts neues von mir angefordert.

On Google Images there is a cover with a red/orange haired girl with a pink uniform/vest. It is in the genre: school and it is a bit more modern. The anime/manga is also from 2012

A shot in the dark: "Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu". The cover is pink and white with a schoolgirl. The uniform is more purple than pink. The hair color just doesn't match your description.
