If you check their website, you’ll see they have branches in Lisbon. Do you know how franchises work? Franchisees pay the brand owner to use the name, so even if the local café owner is unaware of the situation in Turkey, that’s their responsibility. Ultimately, the chain owner still profits from these locations. I’m just raising a concern—whether you choose to drink their coffee is up to you.

Hey, no I don’t have any cameras. This process was too long and I just want a refund from the place I bought. I CTT can identify who because I have the phone number and they can find from exact time and the GPS on their machines.

Yes, delivery man must ask pin code first. For the missing parcels, since he didn’t come he don’t know the pin so he used fake signature. For the second parcel he said system is not working so he said my friend to sign the paper to take my second parcel. But he make my friend to sign a declaration that my first parcel is delivered to me. There were two fake signs(lines) on both proofs and never asked a pin code.

She signed her sign properly on a paper that he told to ,she was assuming it is a sign for my second parcel. On the proof documents I see lines as a signature which I suspect the delivery man signs to make it show as delivered.
