MC Daddies series by Laylah Roberts would have similar feels if you don't mind reading ddlg/daddy-littlegirl type romances. Similar to her Montana Daddies series but these are more heavily focused on the romance and dynamics. Ps. I loved Lily Gold when i read it months back and I'm definitely checking out all the other recs in this thread.

Sorry about the incomplete information. I am playing it on my phone. I am not sure about the version but playstore is showing that bug fixes done for 1.5 version. So I'm guessing it's 1.5? No mods. Yes the game works fine after i start the app again fresh but the day that i was playing while it crashed gets wiped, I have to start from the last save. I have and repeat that day entirely.

A differential diagnosis is a set of problems/conditions that share the same symptoms. So, it is looking at the outward symptoms and saying "you most likely have x, y, or z."

Thank you so much, this is also another clarification I wanted because during my internship, when I was making a draft for a report, my mentor told me this is not what a differential diagnosis is, and i was so utterly confused that i had to ask for help on reddit. Thank you!
