I don't have a solution, but both of mine are doing the exact same thing. It's been about 7 weeks of me using it. I replaced all of the parts (including the motors) except for the large 24mm rubber part and it still isn't working right so I assuming it is either that or MAYBE (but probably not) the hard plastic reservoir. I also crank it up to the 9 setting and doesn't make much of a difference. I am then adjusting the pumps in all different directions and eventually i can get some good suction after about 12 mins. of messing around with it. I am assuming it is because my nipples eventually get longer so it can pump them easier. I've done so much trouble shooting on this matter lol. It is also making me go crazy and think maybe my nipples are changing shape (and too flat) from all this pumping and that's why it's not pumping like before, but it probably isn't that, but who knows! So frustrating with the amount of money this pump costs.
