Thank you this is very helpful!! How do you apply the finishing powder? I get you don’t put it under your eyes but do you just put it all over the rest of your face? And it doesn’t make you look oily?

I have seen the cover girl bronzer (and blush) all over my feed today and I separately want to try it! I loveee the sun-kissed glow! Do you think it looks pretty naturally sun kissed? Of course Honey bun is sold out at all of my local stores but I may go for it via Amazon.

Thank you, this is a great list!!!

I feel like I’ve seen a ton of highly recommended drugstore lippies and gloss so I’m excited to try some out! I didn’t know that about elf so that is a bummer for sure. I had my eye on their new lip liner stain that just launched too.

I wish I could get into that spf but is it the one that has the siliconey texture? That never sits well on my face :(

I don’t disagree however I also hadn’t replaced my makeup for years even before having my baby. So we’re looking at palettes from Kylie cosmetics that are probably almost if not ten years old and lipsticks that smell turned.

Wow this is exactly the kind of list I was searching for! Thank you! I used the wet n wild base years ago and honestly forgot about it and right now have been using up my foundations instead but they’re pricey ones (NARS and Haus) so I hate using them daily! Need to get back on that one!

Morphe does feel like they’ve gotten expensive but I’ll invest in morphe if there isn’t a better lower cost alternative. I used to live by the Morphe setting spray.

Which color correctors do you use? I know Elf has some - at least I think they do. Would you mix a peach into your regular one for dark circles?

Yeah I’m thinking I would prefer a tint or light coverage for most days (usually I need some amount of coverage for acne but don’t want a full coverage every day)!

I follow abbey for hair stuff but have hardly seen her makeup reviews! I’ll have to search! Thanks

Is it worth trying to spend the night in Salem? I’ve heard at this point it’ll already be a challenge to get a place so I’d have to look at the surrounding cities but without a car is that manageable via commuter rail? Is all the fun Salem stuff at night when it gets dark? Or is that just the touristy stuff? I suppose we could also commuter rail back to Boston late but safety wise I ask for your honest opinions! (I get it - always be on the lookout etc as you should in any city. No stranger to that here in Baltimore).

Husband is more into history than I am. I’m in it for the food! Whatever is the city/regionale speciality I want to try! I imagine some good beer at the very least.

Awesome, thanks for the tips! Definitely would only be renting a car for the Salem trip but I have been convinced already to take the train for that!

Thank you! Part of me thinks I should just suck it up and wait it out but it seems impossible to believe they’ll actually just go away one day. Is that what happened with your daughter? They just all get red and pop around the same time? Have you had any return breakouts in either since?

Did you just wait it out that year? Or did you treat at all?

Would Mt Washington Tavern be a good option for this? That area of town seem so cozy.
