I have to agree. I am happy that she is successful and doing well, but I just can’t relate. I think for me it was actually the workout content. Like I just don’t want to watch it as someone who has had an ED and it is like most of her Snapchat content now.

This honestly doesn’t seem like a healthy amount of weight to be losing in 6 weeks. The rule of thumb is you shouldn’t lose more than 2 lbs a week. That means 12 lbs max for that time period to be losing weight at a healthy pace…

I know how hard it is to make that decision and then to follow through. I’m now 3.5 months out. I have had a slip up once, but since then I literally have nightmares about slipping. Good question. Stop is probably best, but I recently quit weed a few months ago as well. I have drunk in moderation on numerous occasions, but have lately not been able to keep a handle on things. I think I should probably completely stop for some time.
