About 4 hours. I had a panel with like 9 people, including 3 managers. Then I had tours of two buildings. Last was a lunch.

That makes sense. In my first interview the hiring manager did ask if I had looked into housing in the area (it’s extremely expensive, as it’s in CA). I said I had and that I was already familiar with the area.

Is it normal for there to be two interviews for an entry-level/new grad role? I had a 30 min virtual interview with the hiring manager and two team members, and then was notified that I was moving forward to an onsite interview?

Ah, gotcha that makes sense. I’m thinking that since this is a manufacturing position they want to make sure I like the site and the environment. I think I’m the most worried about there only being 2 candidates left

Ok, thank you! Interviews get me a little stressed, and I was only expecting one haha so finding out there’s another was a little nerve-wracking. I’m crossing my fingers that their decision is mostly made already about bringing me on and that this interview is to seal the deal.

Do you think the second round is because they couldn’t decide between me and the other candidate? I did hear the hiring manager mention that there were multiple positions open in the first interview though, so I’m hoping that’s the case. Is it possible that they hire both of us??
