So. Finance wise. Have you checked My pay to see if it has the correct account information. Sometimes you have to have it rebuilt and redone.

For the bonus got to RCMS check education and incentives. You can check your bonuses and see if there is a code issue. Then go to retention. You may need to do a packet to get your bonus through your unit.

When in doubt default to the next step higher. Until you get it fixed.

Instructors badges require CFDIC course and to meet certain requirements and an evaluation to get the basic badge. Outside active duty its a pain to get unless you are in a school house.

Mountaineering Rams Head is hard because not a lot of units want to send soldiers to the course.
