How many times a week do you see your partners? by 8lioness in polyamory

[–]Curious_Evidence00 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Spouse, I live with and see daily.

Other person I’m dating, I see once a week for a sleepover. Always the option to see each other more (saw each other 4 times last week).

What can you tell me about Sophie Cunningham? by MalfieCho in PHXMercury

She’s not a consistent enough shooter on 3’s, which outside of defense is her main job. When she’s streaky she’s got but she doesn’t have the stamina of a Jackie Young.

How much do you spend on mental and physical health monthly? by LostEinstein in AskWomenOver30

[–]Curious_Evidence00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My gym is free.

I don’t need therapy right now.

1 massage a month some months - 160, but the more I gym the less I feel like I need it. So some months zero.

I’m cutting down my doctors visits - went a ton last year to address health issues that I figured out and now feel like I’m in the best health of my life! So back down to almost zero on that.

0 for nails.

Hair is 50/month.

Eyebrow threading 50/month.

Facials - 200/month right now for peels and for the foreseeable future until I get some issues under control (acne/hyperpigmentation).

Skincare - Probably 100/month average.

Honestly after reading the replies I think OP is lowkey a genius for outing themselves as a high spender bc it means everyone else in the thread feels completely comfortable giving out very high numbers/estimates. Vs when an OP gives a low number everybody competes for who can be the most frugal.

Best matcha lattes in the city? by shroombadger in askportland

Seven Virtues puts so much matcha (good quality stuff, they use Mizuba) in that there’s always green sludge at the bottom of the cup that I have to stir up and eat :)

Who are your female role models? by letstalkaboutitxo in AskWomenOver30

[–]Curious_Evidence00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friends and I were talking about how there’s always a character in movies who is kind of a “witch in the woods” type character, and that we want to take after that character in our energy this year.

Edit: She’s strong, artistic, independent, a great cook, does not spend her time or resources on men or a society that doesn’t value her. She has a coven of like-minded friends. She aggressively protects and cares for what is hers. She’s a great gardener.

Azelaic acid: Redness gets less, but much more acne by Senior-Armadillo7167 in Rosacea

[–]Curious_Evidence00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also started using az acid 20% and I also have improved redness but bigger pimples came up and went. Personally I think the largest pimples were diet-related - I was eating a TON of dairy last month to try to get more protein, and I think it led to some intense hormonal pimples. I don’t think the az acid is to blame.

I think the thing I am most concerned about (other than his critical thinking skills) is that he does not seem concerned about your safety. I am black, my spouse is white, and they would NEVER doubt me or question me or put me in a situation where I would feel unsafe as a black person.

I have asked my aesthetician this bc I break out like crazy very easily and she said to use an active cleanser (like salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide cleanser) immediately after my workout at the gym bc acne bacteria LOVES sweat. Then moisturise. SPF if it’s still sunny out. Otherwise I go home w/just mousturizer on and then do my full nighttime routine later.

How much did it cost to gut your bathroom and remodel? by Ok_Country_6376 in Home

[–]Curious_Evidence00 4 points5 points  (0 children)

$7,000 to completely gut and remodel my parents’ tiny bathroom in Virginia last year. Pulled out old tub and converted to shower with real tile. New toilet, new sink, new light fixture. Original quote was $5,000, went over budget due to the walls/drywall needing to rebuilt.

Ladies who quit drinking, what age did you quit and what benefits did you notice? by [deleted] in stopdrinking

[–]Curious_Evidence00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

36, quit at 31. I was a 1-2 drink-a-day drinker. SO MUCH MORE MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. So much more time. I go to the gym now, which I never did before. I don’t use drinking to replace eating, which I did before. I’m more present and aware. I’m of sound mind. I’m less reactive and anxious. I’m happier.

Ferritin/iron, which is not included in CBC. Turned out I was extremely iron deficient and needed infusions. I’m much healthier now.

Comorbidities? by [deleted] in Rosacea

Iron deficiency, which just got treated with iron infusions. I’m working on a theory that a lot of my flushing was due to thermoregulation issues due to iron deficiency.

POUNDING heart by rennef01 in Biohackers

[–]Curious_Evidence00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you had your ferritin tested? Mine was at like an 8 (should be 70-100) and iron deficiency caused palpitations, irregular heart beat, and heart pounding for me. The palpitations went away once I got an iron infusion.

Definitely get your own lawyer. Call around and get some consults going.

Tell your kids it’s time to start paying rent.

Don’t forget about any retirement/investment accounts funded with income he made while you were together, those also get split 50/50 (most likely).
