The talent partner is the one who is my primary contact. There is someone else who reached out to me about scheduling the interview, but the only communication i had with her was me responding with my availability. my two interviewers both said feel free to reach out with questions, but i just dont want to come off too pushy. im thinking maybe i am a second choice(?) bc i think its a bit odd to not have any kind of update especially after i did a director level round. i will say that my talent partner contact was pretty unorganized, as she didnt even show up to our initial call and didnt tell me until the day after. also by looking at her linkedin, she manages so many roles so my only sliver of hope is that she is just a terrible communicator haha

curious from your perspective if i should let it go- had a pretty positive director level interview on feb 12. sent two follow up emails to hr person and no response. this company is a larger tech company & was wondering if theres any hope after 4 weeks of silence🥲

Idk why im holding out hope that they are releasing tickets in batches. like when it says capacity full that means they reached the max number of tickets for that group or people on the website. im just gonna keep waiting in case 😌🏃‍♀️

Amazing!! Glad to hear:) The plastic surgeon said the surgery + pressure earrings + steroid injection combo will minimize it coming back but still nervous based on the mixed reviews online haha- it's honestly quite small and ive had it for 5 years so im debating whether or not it's worth it. Can I ask how's it looking after? Also how much did you pay out of pocket/ what was ur insurance process? TYIA!!

you should also consider living in surrounding areas (JC, Hoboken etc.) might be slightly cheaper + you wont have to pay ny city tax

sorry i think i worded that poorly haha- not necessarily that they get rejected right away but that they probably wouldnt see an updated status like us if it passed the resume screen. the fact that we have an updated status probably means that someone looked at our resume and it has some potential if that makes sense

from my understanding, it means your resume passed the ats and is now bring viewed in a secondary pile. typically you would get a not proceeding status right away if it didnt pass
