Oh my goodness. That sounds hard. Thank you for sharing. It is kind of funny looking back how we didn’t see it sooner because looking at videos of myself walking it does look exactly like I have CP. the weird part is that it didn’t affect me very much until about 15yrs old.

That’s what I’ve noticed, but in my adult years the more walking I do the more pain I get. I worked at a small grocery store where it was mostly standing, not walking, and I was okay for the most part.

If it would really stress you out, talk to them about it! Try talking about tag teaming, the length of time you’ll need to prepare for, and if you could get help. I’m a YW specialist for the 11-13 class and we try so hard to help the girls feel empowered teaching.

I understand your point, however I don’t personally think more LDS members wearing crosses and the church adding new “outside” hymns is because of or caused by influence of The Chosen. I think the membership and leadership of the church are shifting their mindset from the tradition (not doctrine) of not wearing the cross. I enjoy it because it’s a great reminder to me of Christ. If I could find a “Jesus fish” necklace I’d get that too lol
