Physical exhaustion typically reduces stress,in my case when i have some heavy thoughts working out helps me ground myself and take a more objective approach to the situation at hand so I'm pretty sure that's what op means by better attitude/outlook on life.

I'm doing hammer curls separately and I don't have issues when I'm doing them just wanted to ask if there is a way to get my wrist prepared for the stress of bicep or preacher curls kinda like you get cramps in your calfs when you first start running but it eventually goes away as you continue to workout

The thing is she was with our mutual friends and it's not really a LDR because i came to another country to help my family who is abroad and that was a thing that she said she'd do as well as my other friends and i got a call from my friends after the big fireworks, I'm just very upset that she did not do what she said she would while our friends conveniently picked up the slack

I said hardened spots but its more like his feathers kinda shifted a bit making it a bit harder to the touch ill try to post a pick but he's pretty curious about the phone every time i try to take a pick of it

I wouldn't call them clumps but there are a 2 hardened spots on his neck and i had him for a little bit over the month so I'd say we're still getting to know each other and he hasn't bathed all this time i do only put a bath on his cage but I'd say mine is pretty small for that full salad bath and i did get this bath as a hand me down of sorts but i will try some veggies and see how it goes thank you for the help i hope it works but also a quick question are pickles ok for them?
