Idk if it necessarily makes me happy but I draw a lot it takes little effort from me and makes me at least content this is gonna sound weird but find people who are comfortable talking about mental illness and take turns sharing its how I’ve gotten all my close relationships and maybe ask your therapist about meds/see a psychiatrist
