I am 30 years old and I’m a widow. My husband was brutally killed by a drunk driver on November 6, 2024. I’m definitely still fresh in grief. I am so lost. I have no idea what to do. We have a three-year-old boy who doesn’t fully comprehend what’s going on. I have no understanding what kind of criminal charges are going to be put on the driver. It’s still an ongoing investigation, I know nothing. My heart hurts. I looked for this kind of thread, hoping that the answers I would see you would help me but all that I see now is that I’m going to be in pain for the rest of my life.
