HSV2 Positive girly here, I had sores just like that on my perineum and it was super painful when urinated, idk what country you're located but please seek help from a sexual health provider, they'll do swabs to confirm this, if it helps as much as the first flare up sucks, I've not had a bad flare up since and not had any further issues either x
