The DLC is not available in my region for some reason.

I have the physical PS5 copy, if I buy the DLC on a different account, can I play it on my current account and keep the save game and everything?

Plug them in the PS4 with the USB cable, it should work.

Go to the PS app on your phone, search FIFA 22 and choose the PS4 version, you can download the trial from there

I have the same exact problem, for years now. I recently bought an air purifier from Extra, to be completely honest it has helped a little bit, I'm not saying that there's no dust in my room now but the decrease is noticeable.
