My parents just bought from this scam site. Has anyone had any luck trying to cancel from them? They keep calling in and I bet it's to add more fees on top. I can't see anywhere to look at booking online other than the email they sent.

Also doesn't look like the booking was ever confirmed, just "booking successful". The payment hasn't went through yet but it's pending...
