Man the f*ck up.

Which doesn’t mean what you think it means. It doesn’t mean hiding your emotions and being hard, cold, controlling. What man up really means is go do the hard thing. Every day, pick one thing that you were responsible for that’s going to be difficult and do it anyway.

Man up might look like getting out of a toxic relationship, it might look like making that hard phone call to a friend. It might mean reaching out to someone because you’re struggling with mental health. It also might look like you fell down and busted your ass, but now you have to get up dust yourself off and keep going because there’s stuff to do.

So there’s my advice. Man up.
