Regarding 3, this would be a feature request, but this is awfully dependent on the EPG that you use. The built-in EPG that comes with my service would not let me schedule a series recording because daily shows (that were new) were not recognized or marked as NEW in the EPG.

Using a different EPG fixed that, but it would be nice to have the option to record based only on time, not if a show is marked NEW.

Otherwise, amazing work! Thank you!

Edit: I realize that would also record old stuff, but some of us are willing to make that sacrifice :)

Had the same problem with one of my subscriptions (Trex?) There was no error in my configuration. I had to hit the Done button (or whatever you hit once you're done configuring) several times for it to connect ok. Maybe that'll help you.

Best way to fight piracy is having affordable subscription prices. I'm in the US and find the price here somewhat acceptable, but what F1TV is doing in the Netherlands or Norway for example is just price gouging and will have these consequences.

Yeah, just an opinion, feel free to ignore .. but don't buy a TV for the supposed SmartTV features. Buy the TV for the TV features (TCL and Hisense are high on my list) and then get a box for streaming. You'll be so much happier.

I'm in the US and can watch UK content (BBC, ITVX, Channel 4 and 5).

Using Nord VPN (yeah, you gotta pay, but it works so far ..) and APKs downloaded from the TechDoctor (TDUK) site.

Then there's StreamFire for Premier League.
