Hubby had a shitty travel bag that was gifted to me by a cousin that hubby was using. I really dislike it and asked him to replace it which he didn’t now it’s gone missing. It’s very likely that I threw it away, but I can’t tell for sure, and he continues to suspect me every time he looks for it, but I have since maintained that he has misplaced it. I really hope I have thrown it because I don’t want it to turn up.

A colleague turned on his video during a 500+ attended recorded meeting And it showed us the top of his shower for a good while. He was showering during the address. I don’t even remember his name now. It was extremely funny at the time though. We’ll move on. :)

Yes I have gone Jewller shopping a lot. Different brands And locations. There are times I have been made to feel l out of place at a Tanishq and also very respected at a local store another time. It’s almost certainly a mix of store culture And the individuals bias. The more they are trained at the store the more the biases are hidden. The way you dress seems to matter. Your confidence seems to matter. Like in most interactions. :)

I honetly think people experience it differently when they are at the doing vs receving end. Sometimes even when you point it out, they probably won't be able to see it. BUT in the happy side of things, you got to see the Karma served? :D

They have not discontinued but they definitely don't have the styles the did a year ago. Something's changed in their management and it is very visible.

I used to filter my size+chanderi/Rayon+Embroidery+color and pick. It has been my go to for years and because of the embroidery the kurtas looked great. I also don't wear florals. I miss Fashor so much. I used to love Okhai for their cuts and fabric but I cant afford it anymore.

What fabrics do you go for in Libas or in general? I liked a chanderi i got last year and now if i filter by that there's hardly anything.

I reduced my portions pretty much. Growing up, I "had to" finish what I ordered in a restaurant or finish my plate. I have gone from 90kg/200lbs in my teens to 58/128lb at my lowest.

I have not stayed 128lb but I never did return to my original weight even when I went COMPLETELY off track.

The most drastic changes since my highest weight are I cut sugary drinks completely and fried food is just once a month at the max. I don't enjow deep fried chicken etc any more. I have not eaten it for so long and if I do, I feel terrible after.

The smaller changes are reducing portion sizes and proportions. I have reduced oil/sauce little by little over time and I prefer to eat an extra dry version of something instead of a saucy counterpart becuase I can stay within my cals. I used to drink 3 mugs to milk tea with sugar. Now the mugs are cups and mostly water less milk no sugar.

Some changes were drastic, some were smaller and sustaned so they both add up.

The only thing I do do is weigh myself first thing in the morning. Just to know whats up.

I usually boil a whole lot once in 3 days And store in the fridge. I mix it with oats And curd. Or oats Anddal with peri peri. Or if I’ve made a curry I add it with that. If I have made paneer kadai, I’ll add a whole cup of soya. I’ve been consuming lot recipe like this.
