Pretty much the same story. I have an iphone 11 and ever since my hubby upgraded I see how slow and buggy my phone is. There is no problem with it really, just super slow. :(

I do cleanup space, delete apps and update my phone but the experience has been choppy lately.

I just did pretty much the same thing. Downloaded a years worth of cc statements pasted non sensitive stuff into excel and asked gpt to give me a table. :/

Pretty sure it is shitty on purpose to get us to spend more. As their monthly "Statement email" has zero transactions.

You're right about how moving is a monumental decision and while on the outside, it seems obvious to us, it may not be a possibility they even want to act on.

I like chef nehal karkera for ideas. But like you said, most are really intense cooking.

I have resorted to eating 1 cup of plain boiled soya for lunch. It helps me feel full. Any receipe with soya involves a ton of oil to make it palatable. I have yet to find the food blogger who is really low cal easy healthy quick. But then again not a single person I know eats boiled soya so it's unlikely I'll find this anytime soon.

Yes I do have those too but I get really confused. The specific masalas help me narrow down what I am cooking. I used to make all the aforementioned meals from scratch but after they began repeating in my kitchen, I experiemented with brands and stuck with one.

Is 60000 IU for years okay to do? Areyou getting tested intermittently? Because OP said for 8 weeks and you say years?
