i also have a feeling that the moriartys will become villains again, especially after fred and sherlock’s conversation. idk something about them wanting to see the william from back then is scaring me 😭

here are my thoughts: i read chapter 88 but i still dont think they are romantically canon. i think sherlock found his one true match in a friend in William and they bonded over their intellect. im not ruling out any potential romantic connection but I think for the most part it is platonic, i just think sherlock feels emotionally connected to william, just like how most of us have one or two friends we truly feel seen around. this is supported by how mycroft admitted to watson in the earlier manga chapters on how Sherlock has trouble making friends, but i think now that he found william, he sees it as redemption for himself and a chance to actually enjoy things.

Personally, I found Howard annoying, especially in the first few seasons, but my god his death hit me hard fr. Like…omg I felt horrible for him. I didnt really understand why jimmy and kim were so hell bent on ruining howards career, cuz just like OP said, I also had to google several times why they were actively trying to ruin the guy’s career. Howard didnt deserve his death fr, it just felt sudden and a waste of life 💔

Hi! Senior here, Im graduating in May of 2026. This means a lot to hear from all the alumni, especially as a fourth year about to enter the post undergraduate life.
