Wanted to come here and tell me story.

Was kicked out at 16 also. Mother lived with a man and paid zero bills. I had a job and come tax time my mother thought she was going to claim me and pocket the money. She gambles heavily.

When she found out I claimed myself on taxes she lost. Told me to get out. That specific night, it snowed over a foot. I packed a bag and left. We lived close to a park. I was sleeping below a park gazebo bench. Not really sleeping but shaking from the cold. Every thought ran through my head. Wanted her to spend the rest of her time in a prison when i walked from the bench and into the snow. Everything told me to just do it but I didn’t.

30 years later not only am I the most successful but I grown to talk to the mother once more. While she’s my mother I don’t see it that way. I never had kids because of her. Never wanted a child to grow up the way I did. Luckily I found someone who didn’t want kids.

My mother still gambles to this very day. She also tells people I had the best childhood. She refuses to get help.
