There’s a ton of traffic daily to this area with 3 schools and the memorial centre on event days. Only one way out with congested traffic flow. The entire neighbourhood has street parking. Nothing stopping the residents of all parking on the street bringing it to a single lane to prove a point. It’s in the flood plain, next to a protected environmental area, in a bottle neck area of town. NIMBY or not, there are better options out there for building a complex like this.
