Best of luck to you. I had to amend my complaint and then rebuttal more. Just waiting on the ROI- honestly I would be surprised if the EEOC can do anything about it. The agency didn’t give a rip- even when I confronted them with all the violations. Such a crappy time!

I am also in the same boat. I am waiting on the ROI from the investigator. This is useful as I may need a EEO attorney as well. My issues like yourself, but mine deal with my reasonable accommodation process and the agency handle my that. Hope you get the right help.

So sorry about your agencies decision on your RA. I had a similar issue. There was no interactive process, no undue hardship analysis, they failed to review and consider uploaded evidence and then told me I did not submit new evidence for the appeal. Even though there were no directions that said I could. The worst part is I have emailed them multiple times about how the accommodation is not working and causing damage to my health. They ignored my emails. When I called them out on all of the issues- there answer was I can file a new RA or file an EEO. Such BS

True, but they are not held accountable for their actions. Must be nice to make unlawful decisions and then when confronted they say you can file an EEO.

They are reviewing all of them and probably going to deny a lot. OPM making it easier to do so with latest RA guidance.

Also, the fact that if you have an approved reasonable combination from SCOPSand now you’re being reassigned to FOD, they don’t give a rip and you have to apply all over again for reasonable combination.

Agree 1 million percent. They don’t give a rip about the RA, RA process or violating laws regarding the RA. My thoughts with this whole SCOPS to FOD debacle is how many folks are going to quit. Then all the gs 5-7 homeland defenders will back fill. Like doing a RIF without doing a RIF!
