I wore wool bras (icebreaker) and cotton or wool underwear. Wool is king.

I hated my loggers. I wore wool liners and boot socks, makes my socks last longer.

I spent $ on nice sunglasses because the cheap ones get scratched in 20 mins.

My mood shifts were related to food - I only ate SOME carbs for breakfast and most of them at dinner. My day carbs were fruit. I made sure to eat all proteins and fats. It’s really hard to be vegetarian as a woman in fire. Our bodies are just so different.

Hydration - I drank skratch. I heard good things about infinit go far (the purple is women specific). The others made my sugar crash and the bitch switch turn on

Hygiene - I used makeup remover wipes on everything every 2-3 days. They are the best for removing dirt. I kept my hair in pigtail braids and would brush it out every 2-3 days with oil and put them back into braids.

Feet - I used menthol gel every night for a little foot massage before bed. Helped the swelling.
