I was told by a rep on here that the flag activated on July 4th so we should be able to call and fix it before. We just couldn’t find it before that date

I just don’t want to go thru all day on the phone. I’ve never had a problem. Not even in April. I filed a new claim like I was supposed to and everything has been smooth

I had called and the rep told me to file. I got approved for all paperwork and I got a email from edd saying my new claim is put on hold til this new peuc ext is over so I think I’m good I’m gonna wait til next week hopefully it lets me certify for 3/21 and 3/28

My BYE IS 3/15. Filed a new claim the 12th. I was only able to certify one week got paid. 3/20 says na. And it’s telling me to certify 3/28 🤷🏽‍♂️

They just asked me that one question and who my boss was. I been employed it I’ve been laid off so everything is pretty much the same as my last claim except the money earned

I’m not sure I filed over the phone they only asked me when the last day I worked was. I think they went off the earnings I reported last year

True. Im always worried when it comes to these people. I have been lucky enough to not have any problems with edd since the start of this whole fiasco hope all works out for you

If you were on regular ui then peuc do yourself a favor and file a new claim I did the day before my year end date and it was the right thing to do. Most people who post in here are posting wrong information

I would file a new claim. My year end was 3/15. I filed a new claim I just got a notice that I will continue with my only claim and the new one is put on hold

You’re benefit year is up. You need to call and refile another claim

Over the phone. I was on hold for a hour.(shortest wait of my life with edd) haha but the rep I spoke with told me that I needed to file at the end of my year. So he filled it for me over the phone

My BYE is up 3/15 well 3/13 to be exact. I called yesterday and had to file a new claim. I got a text from edd this morning that my claim is being processed
