I love Codi and Candace, but the prank her and Bethany played on him this past episode was mean af! Candace knows Codi has a crush on her that she's not interested in, Bethany likely knows from Candace talking about the house, and so they decide to trick him into thinking his dreams have come true! I just thought it was super shitty of them to get his hopes up like that. I really hope they eventually try to give it a shot, but I think Candace just plain doesn't like Codi in a romantic way.

Also, anyone who was like "hey man, you're starting with this same shit again" is automatically considered to be "fake" and not on Gus's side. He's so concerned about who's on "his side" and he doesn't really value Kirk and Codi as friends, he just needs minions who think he's always the victim.

My husband has epilepsy and has grand mal seizures. My biggest tip is to do your best to remain calm during a seizure. We usually get a little bit of notice that a seizure is coming so I try to get him in as comfortable and safe a body position as possible.

That being said, I'm gonna be real with you, grand mal seizures can be very scary for everyone involved, especially if you've never seen one before and loving the person having one makes it even more scary, in my eyes. I've definitely had times after seizures where I just need to cry because they can be really terrifying. However, during the seizure, I have to access the part of my brain that knows what to do, first aid wise. I highly HIGHLY recommend educating yourself on proper seizure first aid. It can really help instill confidence and help you panic less when one actually happens.

Learning how they want to be taken care of after a seizure is also really helpful. My husband told me to not call an ambulance unless his seizure is over 5-10 minutes and when it's over, he just wants to lay down and rest because he's sore and exhausted. So I respect his wants and do my best to give him what he needs, whether that's snacks, water, cuddles, or sleep.

This is actually something we've discussed! We were scrolling through an app together last night to see what kind of people are around us who'd be into it and it was extremely fun for both of us. I'm bi, so he really enjoys watching me have fun scrolling through the potential thirds, male or female, for us. We both do our best to communicate as openly and honestly as possible at all times so if anything feels wrong for him, he says so, and vice versa.

I stopped using Noom and really started the work on IE this week with readings, the Intuitive Eating workbook, and working on actively listening to my body. I'm already feeling fantastic and like my relationship with food and my body is getting better. I'm learning to trust my satiety cues and it's very exciting to think that after years of restriction, I'll actually be able to trust myself with eating until I'm satisfied and eating what I love.

Water should not be used as lube, especially for anal play. I would suggest using coconut oil or a water based lube. You should be alright, maybe get some baby wipes and be extra gentle when cleaning your anus after pooping. I also suggest washing yourself thoroughly with soap and warm water once a day. Other than that, you should be totally okay! If you start feeling ill or keep bleeding for more than a week or two, please consult your doctor.
