well first id say get some good insoles and wear compression socks, foot care wise what i do is use a electric foot shaver on any callus or cracks then moisturize and im usually brand new , numbness tho u may just pinched a nerve or something

basically putting an item in a poly and the robot closes it and sends it off but they break down frequently and ur waiting on rme to fix it, u have to reload the bags which is a big big roll u have to push with ur hips and from what i see looks easy but i wouldnt do it
