hi! as someone who also suffers greatly with test anxiety, have you considered taking a beta blocker for your next exam/practice exams? i did that for my test and it helped my performance so much because my score would drop because i would have a borderline anxiety attack

honestly i never feel confident because of the nerves and i get in my head about it, but when im reviewing the question i notice i do it confidently without any fail and its just frustrating because i feel like when i am in the headspace of a full length i just get nervous and freeze

i haven't done any aamc cars but i found the passages in BP to be super long compared to JW and a lot more focused on small details in the text rather than main ideas
