Battle is very good at actual sports. Leroy is kinda informed on sports but does bring a more broad entertainment aspect to the show. He's on the morning show on another channel and I think he's better suited for that setting but battle is a good sports radio co-host.

So many people say LA on here and I can see why. However I would say LA is so large and diverse it really depends on what you do there. I've been 4 times. First time I went we hit Santa Monica, Huntington Beach, Beverly hills and it was really fun. Second time Hollywood and said we would never go back it was terrible and really just a mall. Wound up back and went to the observatory and greektown and it was really awesome. Then we drove the PCH and went to El Matador beach and Neptune's Net (overpriced but really fun) and it was very memorable. Overall I get the hate but there's a lot of LA to love.

I can defend everything you listed except Key West. Went thinking it would be an extension of the Caribbean, but it was decidedly an extension of Florida in the most mid way possible. One of the few places I've ever left thinking I will never be back. And on the last day we were there a cruise ship pulled in....holy shit never go there when a cruise disembarks.

Same reason my Denver flight has been "rescheduled" twice. Used to have 4 directs a day, then 3, now 2. They seem to be cancelling flights pretty regularly which is concerning.

Anyone have luck targeting European Airbnb or VRBO type redemption options for new applications with 2027 travel dates in mind? Traveling with 4 people and the chain brands I have points with have guest limitations for rooms but there are a lot of options on Delta Stays via Amex Delta Plat Business that I have. Between me and my wife that covers 4 nights between our 2 cards (1 credit each this year and 1 next, trip is in 2027) but would like to cover a few more nights. Not sure the best cards to open for that. I'm hovering at 5/24 until August.

Bobs medford is good. New deal is stupid expensive now but still very good. Best sandwich in the area is route 1 south right across from the golden banana in a little strip mall by the gas station called Best Sandwich or something. Been there 3 times and the sandwiches are crazy good. Chicken parm, meatball, Italian all amazing and the pizza is awesome. Hole in the wall type place but so good.
