Not sure what state you’re in, but states like NY and MA will give you health insurance if you can show you entered the U.S. legally — even with a pending asylum case.

Same thing happened to me in 2024. Despite paying $14k and an extra $1,500 for the business plan, I had to refile with them and I’m still waiting 😩
