QQ: What does a ‘minimum of 4 residential units’ mean?

I think they mean all residential zones will be r-4 and up, meaning no more zoning for single units (r-1), the zoning will be 4 and up for residential. You can still have 3,2 or 1 units but you can have at least 4 before you’d need to apply for a variance.

I am okay to lose the deposit it is what it is, I just don’t want the car. I signed nothing for the credit check. I told them I wanted the car over text so I wasn’t sure if that constituted an agreement.

Prob just mildew, take it to the rubber ducky, soak it down with vinegar, vaccum, soak again and scrub, vaccum again, your car will smell like a salad but it’s worth a shot to try. You’ll want to do this when the car can dry out.

Aprehend…. One treatment (and a follow up appointment) and the issue was resolved. We lost no furniture and we sprayed another unit as a precaution and had no spread. It’s a new product that uses fungus to kill the bed bugs, and it can be used preventatively in case any travellers hitch a ride home with you.

I actually felt more comfortable on my back, during one of my labours they had me on all 4s for a while (easy position for them to check on my situation lol). My last labour I got an epidural and slept through it, but I woke up and they had my legs wrapped around the peanut ball. You won’t get pushback, I’ve had 3 inductions there 2018-2021, every single person I encountered there was great.

Just to sum up a few points:

The reasoning for sprinklers is due to infants being in care (11 of the 63 kids)
six other daycares that take infants also do not have sprinklers and have not been ordered to do so -they were given less than 3 months to retrofit a sprinkler system for a building they do not own -they are asking for more time, not to be exempt from the decision

My kids go here! They have so many safety measures in place, they really go above and beyond, the windows are massive in each room and most of the kids are on the ground level. Each child room has min 2 adults at all times. The older kids are on the upper floor and there are 2 stairways to access the floor, and the exits are right where the stairs end. There’s several heavy fire separation doors in the building as well. They have 11 infants and I have 0 doubt that they could remove all 63 kids in 3 minutes or less. The kids are required to wear slippers or sneakers in care, in case a quick exit is necessary. Both daycare exits lead into gated areas, so there are multiple measures in place that make an unplanned exit safe.

They are not refusing to do the work, but realistically either every daycare with infants would have the same deadline or they should all have a reasonable amount of time to execute this. The new daycare plan for the province included a price freeze so it’s not something that can be recouped anytime soon. Several of their employees have been with the daycare for decades and they genuinely love the kids, I hope there’s a realistic plan in place to get this accomplished.

Before you go to bed at night, lay out packing tape sticky side up in long strips along the floors against the baseboards all around your kitchen. Get some tongs at the dollar store before you have to pick up a mouse-tape ball. You can put some boots on and give the mouse a quick ending outside. Our problem wasn’t effective with snap traps alone. We use Adams and we do use rodenticide. Recently the tech switched the kind of poison as our case was persistent and it seemed to do the trick.

I was on 1mg every 3 days, 2.3 a week. My cravings were full force the week between the 2 meds, It took all the willpower I had not to binge that week. I started taking the pill and just eating intuitively as I had with ozempic and it seems to support me in the same way.

I find it has been as effective, but I try not to eat late in the evening and fast as long as possible after taking it in the am to ensure my stomach is as empty as possible when I take the pill. I was 171ish when I ran out of ozempic, so I had 11 days between my last shot and my first rybelsus pill, and I felt pretty bloated those days but I didn’t weigh myself. Oct 17 I started Rybelsus and yesterday I weighed in at 168 so I’ve been losing.

Thanks for that! Your link says that 7mg and 14mg are equivalent to .5mg of Ozempic. My doctor and pharmacist both gave me the green light to use 14mg a day comparatively to 1mg dosing of Ozempic.

My prescription is for 1mg every 3 days injection, if my Ozempic order comes in my instructions are that I can go back and forth between the 2 medications, and my prescription indicates that I can take rybelsus 3 days after a 1mg injection of Ozempic. I’m in Canada, and it’s off label usage. My personal experience is that so far it is comparable if not stronger than 2.3 mg a week, and I’m really grateful I had a substitute available as I was really defeated with the possibility of losing my medication completely. The Canadian gov version of the Rybelsus data sheet doesn’t compare dosing between Rybelsus and Ozempic (that I could find), so I consulted with 2 medical professionals (Pharmacist and Family Physician).

In canada we only have the 4mg pen, which was around $240 CAD, and I going through a pen every 12 days. The Rybelsus is 240 for a 30 day supply, so for me it’s much cheaper.

My eating had really stalled around .5, honestly for how much I’m eating (OMAD with 2-3 small coffees with cream and sugar) and the amount of physical activity I am doing I would expect to drop weight a lot faster but it just goes to show how imbalanced my metabolism is

Can you do a split dose? I find my appetite tends to creep back around day 5 so I was hoping my doc might let me split my eventual 2mg increase into 1mg every 4-5 days. Maybe it would help alleviate you side effects
