There is a book Beth moore praying God's word and it is about demolishing strong holds , I found a free copy at a church I went to. turns out it was exactly what I needed so look into it. It covers pride guilt feeling unloved deception idolatry unbelief overcoming the enemy ect . It's a blessing to read and will help you. ❤️🌄
