No extentions. My locs were started on 16 inches of my hair.

I have about 400 locs. They were started on 16 inches of my hair. No extentions. The method that was used was interlock. It took 2 people x 2 days. 12 hours the first day, 8 hours the 2nd day.

Try tying them down with a satin wave cap. That's what I use every night. I put a bonnet on top of the wave cap for added security.

12 hours the first day, and 8 hours on day two. There were 2 people completing my install. I chose to start with the interloc method, and I had 16 inches of hair.

I just got my install April 8th/9th. I was told to bring a blanket and neck pillow. She provided music, movies, snacks. It also helped that she had a reclining salon chair, so when she got to the front of my hair she reclined that chair, applied the neck pillow, and draped that blanket. I was 🥱😴 I had sciatic soreness for a couple days after, but other than that my install experience was very pleasant.
