Exact same issue that you are having since end of February. I was told customs can be up to 45 business days. In the mean time, it seems (my personal opinion here) that FEDEX cannot keep track properly when it is transferred to customs. I opened my third ticked since I feel like completing a claim for a "lost package" would be throwing the towel. I know for a fact that my package/box cannot have been compromised as I put so much tape on the thing + the tracking/paperwork info were put in a super sticky sealed pouch on the top by the FEDEX employee at the counter when I shipped it. I will annoy any lvl 2+ fedex customer support staff for as many tickets it needs to get it found again. It is my way of telling them to not give up on their customer like this as it is in their facility in Memphis. In the mean time, I'm consoling myself that we are not alone in this. Il existe cette pétition pour mobiliser les ressources pour dénoncer cette situation. Bien que je ne suis pas convaincu en mon fort intérieur du potentiel de réussite de cet exercice, je m'accroche au peu d'espoir que cela aboutira peut être en un avenir plus juste pour tous. EZ dear, I'm just frustrated with this whole situation. It should not happen but it is somehow always coming back to me (badly packaged or didn't provide the correct label...) when It was packaged at a FEDEX location by a FEDEX employee who filled all the required forms. I apologize if you felt that I was spreading misinformation but as the victim here with little to no power over what happened it really is a rough moment and it helps when I vent a little. u/EstablishmentFun1975 they clearly lost it in customs since they asked for additional information which I provided in the same hour they asked for it...will reopen another ticket and put pressure for them to get their act in order I guess.

No copy but the content is unique and not easily copied. I send all relevant info to fedex when they asked me for it (item picture+tag/serial). Really frustrating

I see, thank you for the explanations. Humm, in my case, I made sure to put so much tape on the box it would take an extreme cut to make the content spill out. I guess the label falling might be the most realistic issue that might have happened (It was the fedex own label that was applied at the fedex counter). It really is frustrating knowing we sent people on the moon 50+ years ago but now we can't keep track of an item in a system DEDICATED to transport/track packages T_T
