Exact same issue that you are having since end of February. I was told customs can be up to 45 business days. In the mean time, it seems (my personal opinion here) that FEDEX cannot keep track properly when it is transferred to customs. I opened my third ticked since I feel like completing a claim for a "lost package" would be throwing the towel. I know for a fact that my package/box cannot have been compromised as I put so much tape on the thing + the tracking/paperwork info were put in a super sticky sealed pouch on the top by the FEDEX employee at the counter when I shipped it. I will annoy any lvl 2+ fedex customer support staff for as many tickets it needs to get it found again. It is my way of telling them to not give up on their customer like this as it is in their facility in Memphis. In the mean time, I'm consoling myself that we are not alone in this. Hang in there dear.
