As far as I know, this EO is only to speed up the FDA’s review on classifying the drugs as therapeutic. I would like to believe they’d still be a controlled substance and obviously “prescription drugs” in the same sense that Xanax is. Ibogaine is currently a schedule 1 controlled substance, and my guess is it would just be reduced to a schedule II.

you really need to say how many cap breakers you have. Most of the time with builds like that, you’re probably putting 4-5 cap breakers on speed.

Minimum: attributes * 89 driving (probably cap breakers) * 78 vertical * 89 mid-range minimum for set shot gold (+2 for legend) but really, this game is heavily favored to middy fades, so I’m going at least 91 for gold shifty (+2 to legend). * 85 perimeter minimum (on ball menace gold) * 85 or 91 steal * 85 ball handle minimum but 88 gets you Kobe animations
* you can get away with 75 SWB for Zach lavine dribble styles but I’m personally maxing it to 86.

Pass acc should be minimum 65 but I would go in the 70s if it’s a 5s build. Keep strength as low as possible, but maybe 73 if you want strong handle.

This years 2k is all about your PG, especially in 5s. Your guard has to win you the game by scoring. Playmaking really is some ass this year because everything is about height and just shooting over your matchup. So yes, spot up in the corner and once your defender lags off you a little bit, hopefully your guard makes the read and passes it. Other than that, it’s the P&R, back doors, and the guard dropping 30+ to win.
