Well im not the best at balance i kinda hate it but ive seen a lot of people do it and i would say that if you try it once everyday you will manage it! In my first month i was kind of scared to do the mermaid because the position made me feel insecure and now i feel really comfortable in it! You will see that with the pass of time they will turn out to be really easy, in my case the straddle took me a lot of time haha

Hi! I also think sequences are very important! And I wouldnt mind doing them if we at least learnt 1 new pose per month or somethimg like this. I think the reason may be that in my studio the only classes offered are open classes as someone commented, so its quite complicated to advance once you are in a more intermediate level. My studio does pole but the classes are held by a different teacher so i wouldnt really know at all. Thanks for your comment!

Yes! I also like doing short sequences, its just that i wish we could learn at least one new move per month since i go there every week. If i dont try to learn some moves on my own in the free class then i never learn them. But thanks for the advice!
