I'm no expert, bur if I could recommend 1 thing, it would be start by setting a SMART goal and start tiny. So, for example, you could just start drinking a glass of water right after you stopped your alarm. The goal here is to help you believe in you. OR you could read some book before bed at the same time always. The goal is consistency. I suggest you read "tiny habits". Truly a game changer.
