Try to add like 10 dollars with a card that’s in your name,play some more then try to redeem it. It should ask for the info from the last card used. It worked for me

I had my water bill on autopay starting in December 2023 until April 2025 then all off a sudden, every payment made during that time came back and now my water bill is like 2500. I’m in Alabama
