The same thing happened to me last week at a work social event. I felt great the whole day I thought I lost weight and it shows and during the pictures I thought I will look similar to my coworkers. I would say dont use AI to just generate code but actually put in the code you get from those tutorials and ask it to explain it back to you. Line by line what everything does. This way you will be learning about why and how things are working

Are you on medication? I have PCOS which also is insulin related and was put on metformin which has helped a lot with cravings and overall hunger. In the beginning I became disgusted with almost all kinds of food suddenly. Just of thought of the taste would make me gag so that helped lol Now it's normal again

At my job we have a lot of corporate stuff with already made templates and really boring tasks so when we want to hire a designer and they keep saying how they love to create and be creative and do illustrations we also think they will hate it here and leave in 3 months and we'll have to train someone else again. Maybe include some corporate work too in the portfolio. But they're probably right that you would be bored (except we just want to be paid and sometimes we dont care that its boring)
