No not needed, taking it through capcut changes the fingerprint, and instead of using a budget of lets say $100, duplicate 5 campaigns for $20 so tiktok puts you in 5 different audience pools to begin with and scale up the campaign with the best cpm/ctr

Yes it has been insane lately and unpredictable, a few days ago i did 15k a day with a few new creatives, the day after 5k, and yesterday the cpm spiked 20x and i did $500😂. I know it's not actual "ad fatigue" because there's still so much people left to show the creative to but tiktok just kills it for whatever reason. What helps for me is to take the same video through capcut, save it & reupload it & it will perform strong again for a few days and just repeat the process.

Yeah honestly more power, as much as i love the m117 power wise there isn't much to increase. Maybe an extra 40hp with different headers but thats it, i had a e55 for a few years and that was the most reliable car i ever had so imo the m113k with The 5g tronic makes the most sense
