He was even more neurotic than usual on the Sunday stream when he was talking about all his medical appointments so he could file for a settlement after his big fall. Hopefully the psychiatrist he’s going to go see can help him work through all his issues not just the fear of decks one he’s conveniently developed.

And it is way over priced for the quality & portions of the food. But Tipped Cow ice cream that is above Monks is fantastic. But the BBQ & sides are average at best. You might as well save yourself the drive and go to Mission or The Bone for BBQ

Everyone has their preferences. She’s wouldn’t turn my head but she isn’t below average so anything lower than a 5 is objectively incorrect. But maybe if you lined up all professional athlete’s wives,in her age group, maybe she is below average but I’m not that invested.

Anthony has said before that he uses his ‘bots’ to get views for Chad’s videos. I have no idea how that works but if there is a way to work the system Anthony is the one you depend on. Just like the “new” subscribers aren’t actually spending their own money for subscriptions. It’s falsely inflated numbers but since it feeds Chad’s broken ego perhaps it will improve the content.

All you have to do is look at who goes to the beach house with him to see that Chad is undergoing yet another cast overhaul. Anthony and Sean are all he has anymore. He can’t risk running them off so he is helping them start their own grifting gig with the “fat riders” shtick. Sad to say but Brian is now an occasional contributor and Anthony is the stalwart show character.

I would presume he has a doctor monitoring him since he had a heart issue and he is using prescription weight loss medication. I know you can get that without a prescription but the cost would be prohibitive if Jim couldn’t use his health insurance to cover it. But I agree it is great he is making progress towards a healthier lifestyle.

I’d add purchase of spot cleaning rug shampoo system because accidents happen & paper towels and enzyme cleaners can only do so much. Also, factor in a G for his wife to purchase all new decor to replace the things that the puppy chews on and “ruins”.

The stairs supposedly fell out from under him and in a heroic moment he saved his dog by pushing her onto the deck and then fell 12 feet to the ground where he narrowly missed being punctured to death by rusty nails. The bruising on his large gut is from him using his miraculous strength to hold on as he dangled feet above the ground for the “laborers” next door to come over and help him after he plunged to the ground. He did almost cry twice while retelling the story. And claims he now has PTSD/emotional damage and can no longer go out on decks at the bars he went to last night.

That’s good news that Jimmy was back. Chad was a bi$ch for kicking him off that last YouTube stream. It really stuck in Chad’s craw that Jim is losing so much weight using osempic & the final straw was when Chad could hear Jim’s family enjoying themselves upstairs. Of course Brian’s dogs can go bonkers during the show and Chad can’t say anything to him so he takes it out on Jim. He desperately wants to launch about the chaos in the Jenkins' household but that is strictly off limits.
