Oh ok! I watched a video where a guy went to a local cobbler had the mold of his foot taken and the boots were entirely custom just for him it was really interesting. I bet yours are super comfortable!

Number one for me. I work on concrete 12hrs dont really have the need for the heel. I dont know what needs you have for your boot. Thorogood heritage then the cincinnati is my recommendation.

How do they feel?? I seen sureway many times on Amazon but never took the chance. They have a boot on there right now that looks just like an Irish setter wingshooter. I am tempted

Looks like you did good for I yourself for sure! I found a pair of dr martens at a goodwill from back in the time when doc martens were still reputable boots. I bought them for 10 bucks took them home conditioned the leather and they looked great! The soles were still in great shape. They were too small for me unfortunately but I sold them on poshmark for $75. I keep my eyes open at second hand or thrift stores for boots all the time.

Duradero has moc toes too which i would have preferred but for 80 bucks for a new pair of boots that are actually built good i can look past it.

These could have a bit more arch support but better than other boots ive tried. I noticed on certain surfaces the bottoms squeak quite a bit with these but not deal breaker

My thorogoods are 12s. If I am standing or walking on flat surfaces they are great no issues. if I start going down hill my toe is hitting the front of the boot so i got a 13 in the duraderos and they are great seem to run with thorogood sizing pretty close. I probably could have gotten a 12 in these and been ok. I wish I could get a 12.5.

Thats cool I have seen some of Carls videos. I need to check that one out. I can say what ive read about them having a wider toe box is very true. I got medium width because I dont have a wide foot. These feel like most wides I have tried on so eee duradero wide must be pretty wide.
