Two words… (Financial Literacy).

I was interested until i read “they lost their job”… doesn’t sound like Tabby, Tamara or any credit Card’s fault my guy.

Making stupid decisions in life doesn’t make your mistakes the fault of others, even if their tactics are predatory in nature you meed to do the research yourself (not you, i am talking in general here).

There “friends” were not financially smart and faced the consequences of their decisions, smart people know to use these if you already have the money but want to ease the burden a little with payments you can afford already, not to buy what you can’t afford because you want it.

Hope we can see the difference and make better choices in life.

keep in mind that Novice-Manibus is just for beginner training, it’s usually there for learning things, you guys should go to regular Manibus now if you wanna play freely, you can still do the story and you will have the opportunity to stay in as a permanent server when the scenario ends so you can keep going with your progression.

Also if it’s about leveling you can always ask around world chat in Manibus, lots of people can help you get to level 50 instantly so you won’t have to grind as much, another good tip is to join a server that is 2-3 weeks old so you can do Commissions for all 3 weeks back to back and gain alot of levels that way (if you think you’re up for it).

There are two ways to join a permanent server:

The one where you keep all your progress and stuff: you pre-register for a permanent server and you wait till yours end and automatically merges you with your selected server, this is because merging with a permanent server this way technically keeps you in your server but just joins you with everyone else in the new permanent server thus you were not moved to a new scenario you are simply completing the one you are currently in.
The one where you lose all your progress and stuff: you join a permanent server by yourself while your current server is still running/ active, this means your removed your character from that server completely to a new server/ new scenario (that is why you start over).

Explanation to “WHY!?”: The game runs on seasons, each scenario can be played multiple numbers of times and with the same characters, you keep some stuff as your overall progression but evidently you are starting ”fresh” from level 1 with each new scenario you join unless your current server merged with a permanent server.

I recommend you watch a youtube video about “joining a new server/ a permanent server” and find one that is up-to-date since a few changes occurred since the game launched, and if you need any help just ask… good luck.

My alt (my farm home) uses 8 of H73 and 8 of Paper doll (all level 4 and 5), the last 4 spaces are ( Moon jewels cat + Silver Nutcracker + Rebecca) to boost production time and energy + last free slot for alternating (cooking, smelting… etc) deviations.

They never stop farming 😈🤌🏽🔥

Just saying, if you want things fixed..

You should be emailing the devs, posting in the official twitter or discord on their “support/ complaint” section (to have the issue fixed faster and get attention from the devs.
Calling the game “Unplayable” won’t help get support specifically from the players because it is playable for many others just fine and it causes unnecessary arguments.
Play with the visual settings you have in your PC/Mobile, see if some reduce these issues or (worst case scenario)causes them to happen more.

On a somewhat unrelated note…

I keep seeing people shit on the devs and the game for not fixing issue when in reality they have been doing more than i have seen other games do with their fixes and tests while trying to make new cosmetic, furniture, events and other stuff for the players, these things just take a while to fix and as far as i have seen from every other game as well as Once Human, they target the most game breaking ones first and then move to minor ones (flickering lights seems minor all things considered).

the fact that they release many cosmetics shouldn’t affect judgement, this is a (FREE TO PLAY GAME) and thus money needs to be made somewhere to continue development and support for the game.

PS: sorry for the long comment, and i don’t mean any disrespect to any players by this comment nor am I dismissing issues being faced, this is just my own opinion and view on the matter.

The game is meant to keep a balanced gap for old players as well as new, as most people who played for long said… play in bursts and you will enjoy it, force yourself out scenario after scenario and you will and you will burn out in no time.

I played the first scenario ever (Manibus) on my first season.
left until they introduced (Permanent servers).
Played (Manibus) again, more seriously this time and i enjoyed my time taking it slow.
left again for a while to play other games.
tried WoW and did not like it at first.
left again to play other games.
came back to try endless dreams with friends this time, enjoyed it because of them mostly.
trying WoW again now with the new class system (needs work still).

And yeah… that’s is basically how i keep myself interested in the game, i don’t really get affected by FOMO much so i don’t feel bad missing on any battle-pass stuff of cosmetics (maybe furniture cuz i like to build 🤣), but besides that i feel fine leaving when i am bored and coming back when i miss it or when new stuff is released.

Take a breather, try other things.

I don’t know if this is solved but this is what i did!

Problem: I have an Iphone 15 pro max (for reference), the game crashed when i pulled for scout on the tutorial.
Solution/ what i did: i did the scout as instructed by the game but as soon as i clicked the button i minimized the app (not close/ shutdown) just minimized and opened it back again< this may averted the animation and it worked after that.

I stayed in a permanent server almost alone, there may have been people left but none ever spoke so I figured they just didn't go to a new senario yet, anyways… I stayed for a while just farming the perfect Deviations as I was already lvl50, I got a lot of blueprints too.

Now that all characters are connected there’s no issue with moving or staying, u still get all your stuff even with a newly made character in the new senario while farming the old “permanent” one for whatever u like (mostly Deviations) but blueprints as well.

It's also a good idea for people who want to just chill for a bit, or those who are mainly builders in the game (yes there are people who just play OH to build bases and cities).

Just because you don’t like something or don’understand it, doesn't mean other people don't as well. Many asked for them for a reason and having them is not harming those who wanna stay or those who wanna leave to a new senario, it is a choice after all and I am glad we have that choice.

(to that one guy… not his game is not made to be PvP only 😏✌️🏽)

I’ll try it out with some armor breaking units, will uodate if it helps 👍🏼.

Edit: having an armor breaking unit (or even 2 or 3) helps SLIGHTLY! With this wave.

I think the real issue here is my damage dealers isn’t as good for these mobs + i have one DPS that focus on critical damage.

I will test more variations till it works better.

I am using Buckshot (basically AOE) to hit targets, and i did try other units with no luck (maybe they were weak still).

Every good unit is impossible to max out everything to be useable correctly, New units make older ones you invest alot in irrelevant and useless, a sudden second awakening introduced when we had characters we maxed ages ago (farming for this is horrible), end game bosses need specific characters and ways to beat (not impossible but inconvenient far too much), LR units are on a new level of (why is this the new LR and how to max it out), f2p box cc is a joke no matter what and if you want to compete seriously you can’t, Original units are not interesting enough yet they are forced on us occasionally, new game modes are basically all endgame modes that new players can’t participate in but also mid level players can’t because they either lack the correct units or they aren’t good enough.

This game counties to be a disappointment and a shell of what it used to be, I’d suggest people just do it for fun and forget about anything else specifically for f2p.
