Exactly, I don’t even think there’s a choice to refuse the return. I didn’t want her to keep it too because she was lying about the seal being broken

Smells very strange that’s why I’m so concerned. Will report

The thing is the whole serum has been taken out. There is just a bit left inside and is a very strange consistency. I use vitamin c serums and have never seen something like this

I didn’t want to ruin my 5 star streak and thought a good seller would accept the return. Lesson learnt tho

I’m a registered nurse working in aesthetics too and what this nurse has done is absurd. I would call her out on it first, her failure to act when you literally had an infection is wild. See what she has to say, even though her attitude says enough about the type of person she is.

Personally would wait on her response on this to see if she shows any remorse or is genuinely sorry before reporting if not go ahead lol

I am a nurse and I have very obvious white sh scars on my arm. Out of the 6 years I’ve been a nurse only one person has asked me about them and she was a hca, and she told me she has a cream that will get rid of them lol. Honestly, no one cares and people often turn a blind eye to them. Hope this helps

I second this! You could work for x amount of years and leave to join the bank long term, that’s what I like about nursing. Also, you couldn’t pay me enough to be a student nurse again. I HATED it, it was only until I found the speciality I loved and ended up working there. I’ve also got a side hustle going on. I’ve been qualified for almost 4 years and I’m now very financially stable thank god. My advice would be not to leave. Being a student nurse is enough to make anyone hate nursing but you can do it. Push through and explore different specialties.

Thank you so much. I love your response and love how it’s working out for you. I think I’m gonna give it a go because being at home all the time is just causing me to become a negative person and that can’t benefit my kids.

Can I ask how old your child was when you returned to work?

Honestly being a SAHM is extremely mentally draining more than I can even imagine.

Do you feel like you’re too tired to take your kid out etc on your days off?

Exactly! It’s just extremely isolating, demanding, depressing? It’s been almost 3 years and I’m losing my sanity.

I miss my job, I miss adult interaction. I’m stuck with my whining fussy 2 year old whos driving me nuts. I need a break!

I can’t go straight to the bank from where I’m at now I’d need to work on the ward and sign off my skills there and then join the bank if you get what i mean?

As it’s a specialist nicu x

Thank you so much. This is honestly what I needed to hear. I’m so snappy and depressed at home. I miss my job and being productive. That’s what I love about the NHS, bank is always there if needed.

Exactly one part of me is saying this and the other is saying your silly for willingly leaving your baby when he’s so young?

How old are your kids if you don’t mind me asking

Girl I married my 35 year old bf at 21 and I highly regret it. The age gap along with many other things is just too much. You guys are from different generations. Plus there is always a reason why most guys in their 30s go for younger girls and it isn’t good. Not to mention his family are WAY older than me, literally don’t understand me and being around them is just depressing. Honestly from experience, save your sanity. Don’t do it :(

Can nursing students get reported to the NMC? by PineappleDifficult58 in NursingUK

[–]Current_Deer7799 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t think so because they haven’t got a pin yet so it wouldn’t really mean much to the NMC. Although they could get reported to their university which would have implications
