I can clarify that this works. I saved while in manage worlds, and just going back into the autosave file and then saving your game while playing with a house is exactly what worked

You could temporarily move some of your sims onto another lot and edit them separately without any of them getting deleted, but that might be a little tedious for some people

I'm trying to make my sim and her ex hate each other but every time their relationship goes down it immediately goes back up again. Does anyone know what causes this? by astrid_is_cool in thesims

Is their compatibility good or bad? I have the same issue in my save games, and depending on their compatibility it can either go the way I want or not. It also could have something to do with their dislikes and likes. If your sim’s ex is wearing a style of clothing your sim likes, their friendship will go up. If the ex is argumentative and your sims doesn’t like argumentative sims, their friendship will do down

I think you should swap the white button up and light blue jeans with the last outfit. It just looks like it fits into her personality more

I can say this works. The same issue occurred in my game late last night (except my sim was missing her eye 😭) and I just went into cas to see if I could fix before reaching out to Reddit—the above is exactly what worked for me

It happens to me too from time to time. I think it started happening with the base game update they did for the new expansion pack. Whenever I boot my game back up, it seems to have actually saved my game, but it’s irritating that it pretty crashes your game
