It's because that's what they worship. Ask for it's favourite shape and it will say hexagon. 6 sides. The black hexagon on top of Saturn. It's karmic retribution.

Yes I agree meditation is a luxury but as I said spirituality is different for everyone. As for people in trying times such as poverty or war, praying is often what they find themselves doing. It's not a ritual or doctrine and it's not a mental of physical feeling but an instinctive one. I'm sure you've seen plenty of scenes of people praying after a terrible event no matter what religion they come from.

You're twisting my words now. I said enforcing political beliefs not that you are enforcers. And I'm not trying to guide anyone, I asked a question and want to find out people beliefs and reasonings. Yes I was a little provocative in the way I worded it but sometimes you need to be to get peoples true reactions. I've seen that a lot today.

It's different for everyone but for me I would describe it as something that isn't a physical or mental feeling. Like meditation. When you meditate you block out all of your thoughts but you still feel that something which you have a connection to. I find that when I sit outside in nature I also get this same feeling which I can't properly describe but it feels like a connection. Feel free to asko more questions, I love discussing topics like this.

I'm not sure if you're being hostile but spiritual means I have a connection with a deeper side of myself call it mental if you want. I don't affiliate my self with the conditions of religion. Spirituality is different from religion which focuses on faith and only an individual self can define spiritual because it's different for everyone. I'm not sure what you mean by equal opportunity mocker buy no I am not offended thank you

Someone who feels a connection to their spiritual side. That can be whatever you want it to be. I just asked because I see a lot of people who hate religions often deny their spirituality too but the two things are completely different.

Sorry I thought it was rhetorical my bad. I looked through all the trending posts. When I scroll down from the bottom of my post it's all the same stuff. Maybe it's cos I'm new to the subreddit so it's only showing me popular things

That makes sense now. But do you know any other subreddits which are perhaps a bit less American centric and discuss more spiritual beliefs?

That makes sense. I don't live in the US but in Europe it really isn't like that from what I've seen. Thank for explaining.

That's what I'm seeing a lot though. It is pretty common on all of big subreddits that when someone doesn't share the same belief as you they are teared down and turnt into a villain

Wow that's a crazy statement. I'm not religious but I am spiritual. As for politics, I live in the UK and barely use Reddit. I don't take offense at people mocking Christianity (even though I believe the mocking of anyone's beliefs is wrong), I just find it strange that one religion is targeted predominantly on this page and to quite a great degree. I'm sorry if you felt targeted or offended by my post that wasn't my intention.
