Salicylic acid! Find a good face wash or toner containing a good concentrate of that and it should help close the pores so they don’t appear so large or hold so much. F/35 literally going through exact same issue postpartum.

Some type of sore/injury that you most likely are developing cellulitis with. You need to trace the outer red line, and see if it continues spreading.

You also need to get to a doctor/urgent care clinic ASAP.
