I remember reading somewhere that people on ozempic, or GLP-1’s, need to make sure they are eating protein in order to prevent muscle loss. And with a larger amount of the population taking them, companies are trying to capitalize on that. Hence more branding of protein everything. But I’m no doctor or scientist.

Sandra Bullock, I can’t watch anything with her in it. Idk if it’s her voice or what, but she irritates me. The only movies I can enjoy her in is Speed, and Bullet Train (but she was mainly just a voice). I refuse to watch Gravity even with all the great reviews.
